Exceptional quality and detail! These guys even brought a rental car to my house. All I had to do was sign some paperwork and trade my Keys with their keys. They were FAST! Once everything was confirmed through insurance, they began their work and did an excellent job. They were outstanding at communication, I was never placed on hold, and my calls were always answered! If I ever need Hail damage repair completed again on any ofmy cars, I will go here! Without hesitation, this will be my FIRST choice!

Picked up my car and it wasn't even washed on the outside so their work was hard to see on sight. There was black fingerprints left on the inside of my car from the work that was done. It just wasn't clean at all, outside or inside. I did expect a little more considering how much more money they asked from my insurance company. The headliner had to be removed for them to fix the top of my car and they didn't check to make sure my lights worked. I now have to call them back so they can fix it at some point. THANK YOU, to all the staff at Platinum Hail and Dent repair. I have never received this good of service any were else, from receiving a rental car that was brought straight to my home to the quality of work that was done to my vehicle. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and answered all my questions, the entire process could have not been any easier.
