Marsha Lurie is really great. She spent close to 90 minutes helping me understand my coverage options either through the market place or my employer's health care plans. My situation is unique (single Mom, devoted Dad in the picture also curious about how to co-navigate around tax related issues/health care for the kiddo/etc.) and she answered all of the questions I have had for a while now. Tasha McCormick is the reason I stay at Platinum. Tasha is organized and knowledgeable on all aspects of health insurance. Tasha is so willing to follow through and be the go between with BC/BS and myself. I would not consider leaving Platinum as long as Tasha McCormick is my Healthcare Representative.

Have had a insurance through these guys, they process payroll for my employer weekly, AND I just got my personal taxes prepared there! Never a disappointment! They are always friendly, knowledgeable & fast! They are rock stars.

Mike made signing up for affordable care easy! After spending countless hours on hold with helplines, only to get sent in circles- I was exasperated and ready to give up. But in only a few minutes, Mike was able find me the perfect plan. He was friendly, helpful, and knew (or found) the answer to every question I had. A real breath of fresh air!

Great service, Kelly was amazing. She worked everything out with me over the phone, even with a day in between for me to think it over and do some research. Highly Recommended.
