DO NOT come here for a facial. All of their reviews are for waxing which is what this company used to be. They are NOT qualified to do facials. Came in for a facial, had a tramatic experience where the girl was NOT qualified to do a hydrafacial. Left huge red marks and dens on my skin that have still not fully gone away months later. It was AWFUL. Owner even reached out to me telling me the girl wasn't qualified which is INSANE. My face will never be the same. DO NOT waste your money here. STAY AWAY.

Just got off the phone with the owner and she was very transparent and honest on how monthly waxing helps with ingrown hair issues, she was very understanding of my situation with my IUD and we were able to determine what works better for me as far as memberships go! Not only was she kind and super understanding, all the girls who answer the phones are so nice; the place is extremely clean and they always welcome you and offer you something to drink.
