Fast and friendly service. First time coming to get my vehicle serviced here and They attended to me soon as I arrived plus they where very upfront about pricing before service really appreciated that.Ā
I was traveling down the interstate and ran over a ladder which ended up puncturing a tire and damaging the plastics that hold the sensors below the front grillā¦.called Platinum Ford and made arrangements to have my tire replaced and wheel inspectedā¦Dorian in the service department handled getting my tire replaced at no charge with warranty and also got the front sensors situated so i could continue my trip without worrying about them hanging down possibly causing further damageā¦.all done with A++++++ professionalismā¦thanks ...Ā read more
Beware! I took my vehicle into the dealership to have it diagnosed for noises coming from the front suspension and replacement of the windshield. I was contacted by a representative from the service department via email with a list of all the items that were found to be in need of attention. Upon review of these items I determined I would decline the services based on exorbitant prices.
