This company is terrible to deal with. I ordered a rear camera for my F250, provided my VIN/model/year and received the incorrect camera. I’ve made contact attempts within the 30 day period, the only response I received was the part number for the correct camera. You would think that an organization such as this would verify fitment before sending out a part specially if the customer provided a VIN #. There has been no effort from Platinum Ford to make any corrective actions.

I placed an order for a specific vehicle part that said it would ship and arrive in ~3 days. Feeling like i found the part I moved on with my day. 24 hours later they tell me it will be 3-6 weeks. Then why does your website say it would arrive in 3 days? Basic business practices will tell you that misleading information = poor customer experience. Update: Talked with a Ford Representative. It shouldn't take 12 days to process a single order for parts that were claimed to be in stock. I called several times, each time I heard a new excuse about how this is "Fords fault" it's the "Unions fault", etc. I was told I'd be kept in the loop and updated on the status of my order, I didn't receive a single phone call or email. I asked where my order was, the guy on the phone said it was right in front of him, I said great when are you shipping it? And they say well actually they didn't have my order and its Fords fault.... read more

Called for parts. They couldn’t help me find the part I needed at all (vacuum locking hubs for a f350 dually) they were supposed to call me back, never did. Found them on eBay instead.
