This was by far the worst experience I've had with a florist. I ordered an arrangement with the understanding that delivery would occur on Christmas Eve (12/24), as stated on the website, provided the order was placed before the cutoff time. However, the arrangement was never delivered. When I contacted the florist the day after Christmas, they blamed the issue on the website, also claiming that some of the flowers were out of stock.
