The owners were fine to deal with until after the small wedding flowers I had ordered were wrong. I asked for a wristlet. They sent a corsage and a rather scrawny one at that. That is not what my sister wanted whatsoever and in speaking with them afterwards they said they would credit the $60 and I was happy to pay for the delivery , boutinierre and fees. This floral company is the best. They took my order almost a the end of the day and they made sure that the flowers were delivered before the closing of the business, where the flowers were being delivered. Hat's off to Platinum Floral for being prompt, professional and making me that promise that the flowers will arrive before my special friend leaves work. Five stars for Platinum Floral.
