RecommendedOur ceramic tiles and grout were a mess! We had KMC clean them up for us and because they were so bad Platinum ANDY took over and they look fabulous! Highly recommend Platinum! Floors are like new. Now they are coming to take care of the gouges in the floor. Very pleased.

Easy to schedule appointment. I had to change the appointment and that was easy too. Plantinum came in time. Andy greeted me with a handshake while explaining exactly where they would start cleaning the carpets. I had picked somethings off the carpeted areas and Platinum did the rest. The carpets came out great (even the cat puke stain). Also the sofa looks good. Definitely recommend them for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
