Stopped by to ask about membership details and honestly the vibe wasn’t great. All the membership options looked good and everything was clearly laid out, but the girl at the counter made the experience off. She looked totally uninterested, no expressions at all, no effort to talk or help, and we ended up reading the info sheet ourselves. Didn’t subscribe purely because of that attitude.”
