Horrible communication, not interested in showing other vehicles on their lot. Assumed what a comfortable price was, was a max price. Lost out on a cash deal.
Was set to go test drive and buy a car from here. Another person was interested that night and instead of sending me a msg so I could have the chance to throw a deposit on it, he sold it to the other person. He sent me a msg this morning as I was on the way there that someone was coming today to pick up said vehicle. I had 15,000 to spend but he wasn't really interested in showing us any other vehicle with the assumption I wanted cheaper. Disappointing to say the least. I will not recommend to anyone.
Highly recommended. Jacky is extremely friendly, honest, patient, and he goes well out of his way to help you throughout the entire purchase process. I definitely will be buying another vehicle from him in the future.
I was able to track down the car's service history before buying. There was a critical problem with it, that is why it ended up at the "wholesale". These guys bought the car from there, claimed not to know anything about that, but were rather angry that I could access this information.
I bought an used SUV from this dealer a month ago and everything has been going well with the car. Special thanks to Jacky for his exceptional customer services, he went above and beyond to help me with the car. Highly recommended!
