My wife recently had an eye exam with Dr. Jerin Joseph from Platinum Eye Care at River City. She had such a good experience and result that she told me for my upcoming exam to make sure I saw him. Doctor was amazing but the wait time was horrendous. I had a scheduled appointment at 11:30, showed up at 11, and did not leave until after 1pm. The time slots for an appointment on the website is 15 minutes. The consistency of care was inconsistent. I was back and forth between getting treatment/tests and the waiting room many times.
