I am a subcontractor in Dayton area I wass his sub and I did a roof of 27 square and I never got pay. So I will never recomend this people roof installation because he don't pay his subcontractor.and for whoever is a sub don't work for this guy thanks a good luck
Extremely disappointed! I don't want to waste anyone's time, so I'll review the roof first, then my experience with Platinum. We needed to replace the roof because we had 2 separate leaks in our home. Replacing the roof is what everyone that came out suggested to us. Once our roof was finished (End of October 2018), I looked around and with a quick glance, everything looked great. Platinum Exteriors removed the rotted siding on my home and replaced it with James Hardie sidig. It comletely changed the look of my home and I couldn’t be happier. The job was done on time in accordance with the contracted timeline. Mr. Brooks made sure every aspect of the job was monitored and I was highly impressed with his attention to detail.
