new Gate and door haven't worked at all since put in, I'm constantly having to go all the way to 1st floor to let my friends into the door, & the gate with the faub. I know it is a work in progress still, but the gate and door shouldn't be locked 24/7 if there are still people struggling to get it.
So it's been 9 months since I moved in and in that mine months I have experienced awful things such theft no response to service request no locks on the doors rain in my unit the service elevator hasn't worked in months. There truly more inconveniences than anything. Professionalism, courtesy , genuine care for others is a missing factor. I have not had an opportunity to enjoy any amenities as non work properly. We rented 2 Apartments, both mysteriously were unavailable when we arrived to sign our paperwork which the agent still wanted us to sign while they "found us a replacement unit" sight unseen. We did not! Finally, they found us a unit that rented for $1029 which was more expensive than the original, larger unit. The agent we leased from was gone a week later. I toured with Saul this weekend and he is an absolute gem! He was extremely helpful, very thorough, and did a great job explaining all the great renovations underway/to come. This is a great property with very reasonable prices!
My husband and I met with Saul today. He took us on a wonderful tour of the building. He took so much time with us and answered all of our questions. He was so patient and kind. He explained about upcoming renovations that look fantastic. We are so glad that we have the option to consider Clear Lake Place as our new home.
