Took my son to platinum Dental to have wisdom teeth pulled. They did X-rays and found several cavities & a bad crown. The cavities & crown were filled by cozy cabin less than a year ago. Platinum Dental said if we don't get them fixed. It will cause more issues. Scheduled several visits & paid what was due. Each visit. We were told we owed more. It would be paid & I would continue to call & ask if any money is due & was told no. I followed up several times with them & was told no, you don't owe anything. The final appointmen... read more
The staff is always great. It takes the anxiety out of going to the dentist! I even told my family doctor that my dentist is great! Dr Vernon is a great guy!
Dr. Hicks, Heather, Susan and Irda were all super nice. I kind of expect that with a dental office but they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Super friendly and just make you feel welcome, but it doesn’t feel forced, it felt like it came naturally to them. They’re honest and upfront about pricing and how things work, which is very appreciated. I would definitely go again and am planning to. I’d def give them a try!
First time being treated at Platinum Dental with Dr Hicks and his staff and they were amazing! Proffessional, warm, great staff, and they even got me booked last minute with a dental emergency that needed treatment fast. They are exceptional. Thanks Platinum!
