I've been going to here for about 2 years and the service keeps going down. Don't get me wrong the staff is super nice but the actual service...... One time I got a call saying I missed my appointment, I was sitting in a chair at their office. I had a cavity that was under warranty but each time I went they tried to charge me again. Said cavity seemed fine with no pain but then I was told it needed more work and X-rays were done at that visit. I got said work done and then I started to get pain from that tooth. The care has been spot on and with such friendly staff - every one of them. I have a new smile which I am so grateful for - thank you Dr. Facchino! Bottom line - amazing results!
