50$ cancelation fee even though I gave well more than 24hrs. Very rude when I canceled my visit too! My family will not be returning.

Nothing is more important than my time. Booked an appointment and due to not responding to their confirmation texts, they cancelled my appointment without notifying me. I showed up for my appointment and then they couldn't fit me in for at least another 3 weeks. I have never missed an appointment with them. Dumb reason to lose a patient.
They were very detailed on my options for treatment, friendly, professional and made me feel less nervous about being at the dentist!
