Do not buy one of these! Nothing but problems. Many cracks in the ceiling that was never fixed, sewer pipe was plugged dishwasher does not work and does not have the insulation sound shield. many, many other problems. Too many to list. Stay clear!
I love my tiny house, however I have called no less than 3 times to get them to come out and fix the issues from moving it. The cracks in the walls,my bathroom and hallway lights not working,a chunk missing on the outside of the house,etc. and there is just excuse after excuse. I’ve now been in my home for 3 months with no working bathroom/hallway lights,cracks everywhere, etc. The excuses have been well the crew is sick, we don’t go to the Houston area often, just excuse after excuse.
