Very tough getting company to handle their obligations relating to punch list. Company they sent out Michaels construction refuses to guarantee their work. Ceiling has large crack which , they attempted to repair and it came back even worse after a vouple of weeks, now it's worse and they refuse to back up work. Sad business principles and Platinum doesn't want to hear it.

Do not buy one of these! Nothing but problems. Many cracks in the ceiling that was never fixed, sewer pipe was plugged dishwasher does not work and does not have the insulation sound shield. many, many other problems. Too many to list. Stay clear!
