The owner Chris was quick to take the down payment and said he would be personally handling the job and never showed up once. His workers were sub par and very sloppy with their work. They tried to cut corners ever chance they could to keep cost down. Right from the outset the job went south. Architect drew up plans for 6 footings and he put in 5.
