Professional, punctual, communicative.. PCC coated our front patio, back patio and around our pool. The sales rep that made our initial appointment showed up on the day and time scheduled, and explained the product and process thoroughly. Once we made the decision to move forward, the install team were punctual and professional. There were a couple of delays between process steps due to weather. They always were in constant communication regarding expectations. The finished product looks amazing.
