We are extremely pleased with the project Platinum completed at our home. The representative they had assess our small outdoor patio project was thorough, knowledgeable, affable and courteous. She provided a detailed explanation of the product to be installed and all the steps of the installation process. It was, thankfully, not a “hard sell” approach. They promised a date of installation and missed the date and came the next day, prepared floor. Showed up after 10:00 the next morning “Friday”and worked on floor and finished at 5:30. The top coat application was to thin and showed roller marks and thin areas. This was two weeks ago and still have not been out to correct the issue. Still cannot use my garage. Lots of promises and no action
