I called last winter for a repair and he mentioned his maintenance plan. I asked him to remind me of the maintenance plan in the Spring. I remembered it last week but thought I was surprised to get the call and I was able to set up an appointment for the next day. I was given a three hour window of time to expect the technician and owner, Chris. He called me well within that time and got right to work. Anyone looking to have their heating and air fixed, I would definitely recommend this company. I will never use anyone else. The service is top rated and Chris goes way out of the way to fix the problem. I had a major part go out in my heat pump, and he traveled to get the part and fixed the problem. Me and my wife being disabled, it was highly appreciated that he did this. We have an older system and he always improves the operation of the unit. He is very knowledgeable of any system.

Worst time for AC to fail, called Platinum Comfort Solutions, based on reviews of others and sent service technician (Chris) within 3 hours, diagnostic check and had systems operational within the hour. I signed a annual maintenance plan, he returned next day install replacement part and was very friendly and courteous, they have earned a new customer, great job.

This was the first time I used Platinum Solutions and I could not have been more impressed. I was referred by a friend after using a different company for 27 years. I’ll never go back. My serviceman Chris was thorough, yet very efficient. He took his time and CLEARLY explained all of our options on a very expensive system breakdown in the middle of summer. Chris and Melissa as well as the rest of the team at Platinum are phenomenal. They worked me in the same day I called they gave me a time slot and Chris arrived right on time. He diagnosed the issue quickly and took care of it. There was no sales pitch on trying to upscale me on things I didn’t need. He fixed the problem and now my unit runs so much better.
