I wanted to find a local place for some collision repair on my bumper and I went with Platinum Collision based on the positive google reviews. All in all, I was really pleased with the bumper replacement - in addition to working with the insurance company on the supplemental claim, platinum had everything complete in just over a week and thats losing nearly two days due to the bad weather.
Great customer service, they took time to explain the whole process and then explained my options. I was kept informed about progress. I was pleased with the work and the guarantees. Newer and very clean facility. They have my recommendation!
