Shoutout to Crystal at Platinum Collision Centers in Eastvale. My car got hit at a gas station and I was refered to Platinum by the other drivers insurance company. They were professional and efficient. I hope to never require their services again but if I ever find myself in need of Autobody shop in the future I would absolutely go to Platinum Collision Center. I am so thankful that they have chosen to make Eastvale their home! Thank you again!!
It is AAA approved. Location easy to find and access. It is very welcoming when you walk in with great staff from the receptionist to estimator and person assigned to your claim. (Justine was great) even better Enterprise share property and very convenient to get your rental all in one spot.

Platinum collision did a great job on my car. I like how friendly the staff was. Crystal was my estimator she did an amazing job kept me informed every step of the way. Monique who work front desk was great as well. They offered me water and soda. And after I finish my 1st soda she offered me another which I thought was great customer service.
The employees, Monique, Justine and the Manager, Jhann. Monique was amazingly helpful and made phone calls for me to get my rental car. Justine kept me informed every step of the way. Jhann met with me and then spoke with me again when I picked up my car. The repairs were completed well within the estimated time. my car looks brand new. Thank you for all that you did. Jan Hayes.
