Very disappointed in the service provided when we hired them to do the final cleaning prior to putting our house on the market. Very expensive, left the carpets soaking wet, took three days to dry, too many other problems to list all of them.
Business response:
According to your listing agent, Steve Harper, the carpets were completely dry within 24 hours of cleaning (as she showed the house and walked around in her stocking feet). This is within the IICRC standards. You also do not live in Aberdeen, have not personally witnessed the cleaning job, and are only going off of what your are being told. You should probably reconsider your statements as slander is against the law.
They do an Awesome job every time!!! Great people!!
