Subject: Service Feedback - Case #95495276 As a lifetime RAM owner, I’m disappointed in the service for my 2022 Limited. My truck sat for 8 days for a simple eTorque computer update. My advisor, Justin, never provided updates; I had to call repeatedly just to get info. Between a $200 repair for a known technical fault and $300 in towing/Uber fees due to the 8-day delay, this cost me $500 out of pocket. Awesome easy and quick
At first, the advisor they had working on my jeep wasn't communicating with me about me car when they said give us 24 to 48 to get you a diagnosis and that never happened then I called on the 3rd day of doing my car off just to be told they would have it ready by the end of the day still without a diagnosis. I even asked if it would longer because if so, I'll get a rental but no he said I wouldn't need one because it'll be ready for pickup later that day.
