I had my wife take our truck in for an oil & filter change, fuel filters change and tire rotation. The service manager decided to sell her a fuel filter that was not the standard issue fuel filter. Then he had to retrieve it from another location. The cost was $100+ and installation was $110. He was taking advantage of my wife! He kept saying our truck would be ready in about a half hour.
