I have recently taken over a IT role at a company where Platinum CCTV had provided assistance prior to my arrival. I ran into some technical issues with offline cameras and changes I made that I could not seem to resolve. Excellent quality camera system, and great people to work with. I stopped by their showroom to look at security cameras because I don't know much about that technology. They were very helpful and patient with me, and showed me all of the options. After seeing the different options, I then had Michael out to my business to walk through and make recommendations.
