If I could give zero stars I would. They came Friday do clean my stairs, small hallway, and bedroom. As of Saturday there was a fowl smell from the stairs and carpets still soaked. The carpets also had a "film" on them. Phoned Monday morning, different person came and said "yes, carpets shouldn't be that wet and stated it didn't smell that bad". Left my contact info on website to clean but got no response.
They were able to thoroughly clean heavily worn carpets that were beyond their time, and resuscitate them enough to last until a house remodel. Really grateful.
Rob did a great job! He was responsive and scheduled me in within a day! On time and my carpets look great again! I will definitely recommend them to any friends or clients. Will definitely have him back again!
