Oh my goodness, Platinum Carpet Cleaning was outstanding. Our carpet is over 12 years old, and now it looks almost brand new. Jacob was very thorough and took extra time to deep clean every area instead of rushing. i contacted a few carpet cleaning companies about my 2-year-old carpet, and Platinum Carpet Cleaning did a great job. The carpet had coffee spots, pet vomit, kid vomit, makeup marks, and the usual dog track dirt. Zachary and Benjamin came out and removed the stain evidence really well. I had my rugs, sofa, and loveseat cleaned by Platinum Carpet Cleaning, and everything turned out great, especially the upholstery. The technicians arrived right on time, were very professional, and explained the carpet and furniture cleaning process clearly. Oddly this company is not where they claim to be. I went into their claimed location next to the template and asked if they were there and the front desk people were mystified, and said they did not exist. PCC, please update to reflect your true address. :)
