He was very considerate of my home. Before finishing up, he provided instructions on how to handle any spots that might come back, leaving behind some spot remover and deodorizer, and also explained the warranty. I felt at ease with them and was really pleased with the results of their work. I can't say enough good things about this carpet cleaning service. I recently had them clean two rooms in my apartment. To give you some background, I have an 8-year-old daughter who enjoys painting and playing with slime.
