Great customer service and easy to schedule. They went through and explained the process very well and gave a reasonable price. The day of they were on time and extremely efficient. We had them clean our carpets, staircase and rug which all turned out great. I would highly recommend and will be using them for my annual cleaning. Great experience overall and love they are a family run business!
Platinum carpet cleaning did a thorough job. All the spots on my carpet have disappeared and I am very happy with the results. It took 2 hrs to shampoo and clean and then a day to dry. They gave us booties to help us avoid any spots while the carpet was in the process of drying completely.
