Booking my carpet cleaning appointment was super easy. The receptionist was friendly, and Nathan and Robert, who showed up to clean my carpets, were both polite and acted very professionally. As soon as they arrived, they put down protective fabric over my floors to keep everything clean. I had Platinum Carpet Cleaners come out to clean my living room carpet and staircase. At first, a few tough stains didn’t come out, but the technician, Robert, was friendly and kept me updated throughout the process.
