We had a little bit of a tough start due to a split load and some logistics issues, but I am happy to say that Owner; Jeremy Karlovits promptly reached out to me to address my concerns and get things on track. He discussed my issues and how to resolve them and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and even managed to get us our tanks earlier than expected. Thank you for working with me to ensure safe delivery of my fermenters and for listening to, and addressing my concerns.
Absolutely awful. This company was insanely difficult to deal with. Price quoted wouldn’t be honored 3 days later. Delivery day changed from Wednesday to Monday and then was emailed late day Monday advising they wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday. Tuesday was between 9:30-10, then 12:30 and showed up at 12. Took 2 non English speaking dolts an hour to get a trailer into position to unload. Unreliable, unrealistic and unprofessional.
