The caregiver assigned to me was very kind and helpful. In addition to helping me shower she did my laundry and cleaned my house. She also drove me to an appointment with my podiatrist.
The Platinum Care Group has an extraordinary group of caregivers and support team. They cared for our Dad with respect, dignity, and compassion.
We worked with Platinum Care for the care of family member for 18 months. Everyone we worked with for our case was wonderful. The caregivers were kind and helpful. They really cared about our family member. We always knew our family member was well cared for. Communication with caregivers and the supervisor was first rate. Calls were returned in a timely manner and questions and concerns were quickly satisfied.
Very good company and they have the best staff. I'm really happy to work with them.
