We woke up last week to discover that we had no hot water and that the hot water heater had flooded our newly refinished basement. Our first call was to Platinum Care Cleaning & Restoration. We are so glad that's who we called. They stopped and extracted the water, dried our carpeting, padding, walls, and furniture, arranged for a plumber to replace our damaged water heater, and basically put us at ease. We had gotten to the point in our home where we couldn’t stand our flooring and we were looking for solutions that didn’t require us to tear out and replace our marble, tile, and wood. We had the unpleasant surprise of a flooded home, but we were lucky to engage the services of Platinum Care Cleaning & Restoration. They put us at ease, dried our home, and left us with very little to rebuild, despite a tremendous amount of water. They were able to save our year-old carpeting, our valuable oriental rugs, and re-polish our marble entry flooring, which was all a big surprise.
