I bought a Ford Fiesta from them Jan 2026. My issue with them is that they suggested I take the car to a mechanic to figure out if anything is wrong with the car before I purchase it (cost me $80). I do that, get back to them with a list of things that the mechanic said was a problem, and they promise they’ll fix them. I even told them straight out if those things aren’t fixed then I don’t want the car. I had an excellent experience at Platinum Car Auto Sale. The staff was helpful and easy to work with, and they replaced all four tires with brand new ones. This really shows they care about their customers. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a well maintained used car.
