Our 5-year-old decided she wanted to get her ears pierced, so looking at shops in San Antonio that would do kids, Platinum popped up. We made an appointment same day, and they were even able to see us early. Jaycee was so patient and kind with her questions and hesitation, and walked her through every step in the process. 10/10 would recommend.
I came here for my birthday, and I had an amazing experience!! Jaycee was so gentle and respectful and I LOVE how my rook turned out! I 100% recommend coming here!!

Jaycee and Crystal did an amazing job! I brought my 7 year old daughter here for her first ear piercings, and they did a great job explaining step by step their procedures before the piercing and then what is needed for aftercare. They were very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and this studio!
I was wanting to get a daith piercing but I had questions and felt nervous. I walked in and the receptionist was very nice and welcoming. She called over Jay-Cee, which explained EVERYTHING to me and made me feel comfortable and confident of my choice to get my piercing. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I will be definitely be returning for my second one. I would definitely recommend Jay-cee to anyone interested in getting piercings. Thank you Jay-Cee! I love your work!
