Clean environment, friendly people! I wanted to get my nipple re-pierced after a botched job from a different company. Jaycee was so kind and professional, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and happy with the piercing. My only real complaint is that it’s a little pricey compared to other piercing shops in the area, but I honestly think you get what you pay for. This team seems like they care a lot about their craft!
We were hoping for a better experience. Took my 12yr old daughter for her first professional ear lobe piercing. Minus 1 star for: Customer Service, we were nervous about the process. We were just expected to fill out a questionnaire and when we had just a little difficult time doing this we were met with passive aggressive responses that were really unnecessary.
