Been waiting a year and a half for warranty work now - wouldn’t recommend any business that doesn’t stand by their product
Platinum completed a full pool and deck remodel at my home and I could not be happier with the end result! Dylan and his team went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. We now use them to maintain our pool and we are so happy with their services
After multiple letdowns from our previous company (months of terrible communication, not showing up when they said they would on multiple occasions, not providing the services they offered and were hired to do and, finally, not completing the job they were paid for.......all while having a snarky attitude. Platinum Blu did a fantastic job on our pool, and Dylan ensured every detail was correct. He focused on customer service and personally addressed any concerns we had throughout process, which was outlined clearly from the onset. He helped us understand what to expect during each phase, which was comforting since we are first-time pool owners. Dylan and the Platinum Blu team transformed our backyard and truly exceeded our expectations! I’d recommend him to anyone, and would use them again if given the chance.
