Platinum has been servicing our pool since before we purchased our home and we decided to keep them. I am very pleased with their pool cleaning service. We also had an issue with some components in our system and Dylan was able to come out, explain the problem, and correct everything in the same day he was able to come out. They are sometimes very slammed and I understand that, but they will make it a point to keep you as a client.
Platinum Pools did a fantastic job on my pool.If I could give more than 5 stars I would. From start to finish and beyond, Platinum Blu Pools exceeded my expectations. Dylan is always super helpful and continues to with excellent weekly service, He and his team are the best.
I had a unique situation I wanted to put a pool inside an existing screen enclosure. After two other pool companies said it wasn’t possible Dylan showed up from Platinum Blue pools .. He said it was possible so here we are with a beautiful new pool they did a great job we couldn’t be happier.. Thank you Dylan and the guys at Platinum Blue..
Some of their cleaners don’t do everything they are supposed to do in the weekly visits. The have also no showed 2 times and their repair guy didn’t even bother to give an explanation. They are just like all these guys with a truck that are all over Port St. Lucie. Completely unprofessional.
