If I could give them a zero I would. She took 9 hours screwing with my hair and other people would arrive and she would do there hair and make me wait and it all got fried and fell out... 1/3 of my hair is missing.... Also she made it bright orange when I wanted it auburn brown and dyed my hair extensions that I didn't want touched and ruined those too... This salon is amazing. Yes it's small and getting it's heels in the ground but it is worth the drive. The women in this black salon are professional and kind, as well as affordable! Alicia did a fabulous job on my hair and I've been going here for 4 yrs.
