Purchased car, cash, no financing. Was told I could pick up on November 6, received call on the 6th that I could not pick up until 3 pm on 7th. Went to lot for 3pm on 7th, still sitting in lot at 3:59 waiting for Crystal to come from MTO with plates. Went in to speak with employees only to be told that she "would be a while yet" and that it was MTO's fault it was not done yet. They knew the car was sold as a deposit had been left with them on November 1! Why wait until the last minute to go to MTO. Not a happy customer.
