An incredibly disappointing experience with Cathy & the Platinum Auto team. Bought a 2021 Hyundai Sonata about a month ago. Traded in my kicks 2019 for a 2019 chevy truck, check engine light was on a day after I got it! Told the dealership three times, told me to come in to check the issue and the mechanic was never in when I was told to come certain days. Took it to multiple dealerships to look into trading it turns out it is a bad fuel tank which was confirmed by multiple mechanics was quoted 5k to fix the issue.
