I can’t stand high pressure sales. These guys aren’t even low pressure…it’s like zero pressure. They gave me a fair price w/add on warranty. That’s all good, but AFTER I purchased the truck, there were a few minor issues and they had me come back in and leave the truck. They replaced a number of things even after I took delivery and did it at their cost. For my next vehicle sale or purchase this is 100% where I’m going.
This place was great they stayed open late for us and made the process super simple. Also very knowledgeable and nice.
We bought a truck here at this location 60 days ago and to this day we have not received a title or inspection. Apparently they never processed the documents. And we paid for title and fees.
I went into Platinum just looking around after going to another dealership. When I got there I noticed their immense volume of quality used vehicles. Every vehicle is priced to move.
