Awesome customer service. Went above and beyond for me. Highly recommended.
I asked for a quote online through their website and while I didn't end up using their service, in the last couple weeks I have received no less than 10 followup text messages and emails from them asking if I want to continue with the bid. That drives me insane. They use a third party service called BidClips to do their online bids so maybe Platinum Auto Glass doesn't realize how much spam that company sends on their behalf but it makes me never want to use their business.
They did a great job with my windshield, Alex was professional and installed it in just under 1 hour. I appreciate how they offered options and got me in to get it done the same week I called
Best automotive glass company around!
