I brought my car in and was told it would be ready in three days. However, it ended up taking 17 days to complete. When I finally picked it up, I noticed that the color of the back door was noticeably different; my child pointed out that it was darker than the other parts of the car. How can you overlook something like this? I never recommend it.
Platinum was very timely, did an excellent job, and was very compassionate with my family and what we’d been through. They helped us keep costs as well as time without a vehicle as low as possible meanwhile we couldn’t ask for a better repair. They were very up front about costs with the initial quote.
