Platinum Auto Body stole my Wii out of my trunk – I took my car to Platinum Auto Body on Monday 11, 2011 and picked my car up that Friday. Back on the Road Platinum just completed repair to my 2010 Rav4. Outstanding. NW was on my side... and Platinum was also on my side... tough repair, looks like new, subcontracts, parts delays... all handled professionally with no BS. Kept us informed and went out of their way to restore our vehicle.
Platinum is one of the best body shops in Virginia I have been dealing with Platinum for a long time and I can honestly tell you that they are a world-class body shop. The bad review below this one is from a pissed off former employee that actually screwed over Platinum. Believe me, they are an awesome shop that do great work. I refer anyone that has been involved in an accident!
HORRIBLE The absolute worst. Do not trust them. They will lie to you, and cheat you. One of the most dishonorable businesses I have ever come in contact with.
