Telly is top notch at customer service. I had my windows tinted and a remote start put in and I'm very happy I went with Platinum Audio. Easy to work with, excellent communion and great prices. Thanks again for everything and when I'm ready for something new I will be back!
I've been a Customer for three years now and 2 cars done with platinum audio. There a company that will treat you first in foremost with respect never been a time where I felt disrespected. What sets them apart from any other company is there like family it's very family driven and that's what makes them set apart. I've been in there times to visit and just chat. By far the best audio spot in town

Unfortunately, things did not go according to plan on my backup camera installation. But Telly researched the problem and did not give up. He saw the job through and I am very happy with the work. I would definitely recommend him.
These guys disconnect my blue tooth mic on a 2014 honda and didnt even tell me about its only when i took it back to the dealer that they told me what had happen, so when i asked them about it at first of course they had know idea then it was oh oh oh ya we had to disconnect the back mic bla bla bla but n e ways after several failed attempts at returning text and calls i started thinking do i really want these jokers working on my shit.
