I had to call Janelle twice just to set up my first appt bc she never responded back to my messages and then I had to call her on three different occasions and left messages to schedule my second appt and she never responded. I was finally able to get a hold of her on FB messenger on her site and she responded the next day. I had an appt scheduled with her for a Monday and then she cancelled it and rescheduled it for Wednesday and yet again cancelled it.
