Platinum was one of three contractors I contacted. We tried going with the cheaper contractors but ended up with incomplete work or was told that they couldn’t complete the work safely. When the Platinum tech came, he went above and beyond by cleaning of my dryer duct vent in my condominium unit. He was professional and described every step he did as he worked.
He was on time and did a good job for us. He also cleaned out neighbors ducts and solved the mite problem they had.
