They took 2 weeks to get part for my furnace and then additional time to schedule the repair appointment. They didn’t show up or call on the day of the appointment. I gave up on them and called another contractor that got the part and completed the repair the day I called them.
I liked Platium service, technician has been dedicated to the job, knowledge, hardworking. I would go to platinum again if I need. Thanks for a good service
Ahhh man what a great time working with Platinum Air Conditioning. They got my request, called me to set up an appointment. Appointment was next day. They came, diagnosed the problem, spoke with me regarding the fix and left. They received the necessary parts over the weekend. Monday I got a call to schedule appointment to install new part. Appointment was set for Wednesday, they came and replaced parts so quick I was nervous they didn't do it right. literally so INCOMPETENT. They've come to "fix" the same air conditioner probably 5 times now. Each time, there's a reason the job can't be finished and they need to reschedule a time to come back, usually a week later with another excuse. The first time they came, asked for payment upfront, stayed for 5 mins and basically told us it wasn't their problem. One time they showed up at 8:30pm. would NEVER go with this company if we didn't have to because of our home warranty.
Bad service ever- never complete the work order!!!
