I scheduled an appointment through my warranty to have my AC repaired. I called platinum air conditioning to confirm the appointment and they confirmed over text and email that they would arrive on June 22 between 2-6. I call at 4 asking for an ETA and am told that I am not in their system. I ask the employee how that's possible since I have both text and email confirmation of the appointment, and THEY HANG UP. Great and fast service. Fixed my AC unit very happy with the service
The technician Ivan came. He was very professional and clean. Put protective booties on his shoes. Looked at my AC, figured out a problem very fast and replaced a part. It is hard to find great technicians these day and this was such a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend using this company.
My a/c went out three times since they “ try “ and fix it. Every single time they comes and fix the problem it goes back after two days. I feel like they do half ass work here. Also my time is always schedule from 11-3 but yet they always come after that time. They also no show. Such horrible company. I don’t think they understand how the valley can be in this HEAT
Tech got upset because I refused to pay them 350 for a cleaning for that didn't needed to be done. He's messed up my unit a week prior putting deck screws into the machine because he stripped the screws and they flew into the fan and damaged it. Don't recommend this company for any service. Tech is disrespectful and refused to fix the unit.
