The technician Ivan came. He was very professional and clean. Put protective booties on his shoes. Looked at my AC, figured out a problem very fast and replaced a part. It is hard to find great technicians these day and this was such a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend using this company.
My a/c went out three times since they “ try “ and fix it. Every single time they comes and fix the problem it goes back after two days. I feel like they do half ass work here. Also my time is always schedule from 11-3 but yet they always come after that time. They also no show. Such horrible company. I don’t think they understand how the valley can be in this HEAT
Tech got upset because I refused to pay them 350 for a cleaning for that didn't needed to be done. He's messed up my unit a week prior putting deck screws into the machine because he stripped the screws and they flew into the fan and damaged it. Don't recommend this company for any service. Tech is disrespectful and refused to fix the unit.
They came out to check my AC through warranty and were communicative and thorough.
My warranty company sent them to repair my AC. A technician found the problem telling me it was a wire that had grounded out. The AC worked for about an hour and then quit working again. I called them to come back (every repair company I’ve ever dealt with has at least a 30 day warranty on their work) I was told that they would not return because they felt like it was a maintenance issue and not covered in my policy.
