BEWARE If you want to never get your car back. Go to this place. My car was sitting there not even worked on for nearly 6 months. Like It was 1 week away from 6 months. The owner kept dragging it out month after month then week after week. I had to get the insurance company to get it towed out of there. The guy even kept lying to them making up so many excuses. Same exact experience as Jill’s review. Had our car for 6 months constant lies about timeframe and when it would be ready. No email address and phone line always engaged or busy. Lots of excuses and reasons for why the car wasn’t ready. Each week told it would be ready the following week. Lied to our insurance assessor also. Now been towed to a different repair shop where they are starting the repairs all over again so complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs.

We had the same experience as the other one star reviews on here. Our car was sitting at platinum for almost 12 months! We finally got it back and they did not complete any of the repairs they charged insurance for. Our car is still not repaired and is now with another panel beater. The phone line Is always busy, constant lies from the business owner, my partners number got blocked so we had to start calling from different numbers. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

When you are involved in an accident and especially when you are not at fault, it is so stressful & such an inconvenience... totally!!!! Well, Kane from Platinum looked after us from start to finish, even organised a loan car within 2hrs of accident. Kane went way beyond expectations, even organising my car to be detailed. The finished product was first class. Absolutely recommended to anyone! Take a bow Kane & your staff.

I couldn’t be happier with the service! My car looks brand new, and Cain went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free. He was reliable and professional throughout. It’s reassuring to know you’re in safe hands, so many panel repairers miss the mark, but not this team. I’ll definitely be recommending this company to everyone I know!
