I’m so happy that I’ve found Dianne and Natalie at Platinum 34! I’ve been here a total of three times now and am always warmly welcomed when I arrive. The environment is clean and bright, the refreshments are always appreciated, and the entire experience makes me feel at home and at ease. Dianne is skilled in achieving the specific creamy and vanilla shade of blonde I’m seeking.
Natalie was ahhhhh-mazinnnggg she did a haircut, gloss and awesome blow out for me and even curled my hair because it falls quickly! She is super great/easy to talk too and i will definitely make this my hair home :)

I had an awesome experience there last weekend. My wife insisted that I go to see Michael to get my haircut (instead of one of the bigger chains). I have to say…GREAT experience. Everyone in the salon was crazy friendly and as for Michael…simply outstanding. Took his time. Cared about how it will grow and how easy I wanted it to be for me. I was so Pleasantly surprised. I had a great experience at Platinum 34! I loved how thorough the consultation was, Natalie & Dianne really took the time to listen to what I wanted while also offering helpful suggestions that truly made a difference. The results were amazing, my hair looks fuller, flowy, and so much healthier. I absolutely love my new haircut and have already received so many compliments. You can tell Dianne, the owner, and her staff genuinely care about their clients and their work. Natalie did an excellent job with my haircut!
