TERRIBLE doesn’t even describe my experience with this place. 3-5 day job turned into 28 and still counting!!!!! No one has called me to give me an update!!! Pathetic.
Wonderful, caring and efficient
0 stars. When I picked up my truck it had huge chips down to the metal on the opposite side from the side being worked on. New truck with 3k miles. The estimator Andy acknowledged they weren’t there when I dropped it off, and proceeded to ask me to call my insurance to see if they’d cover the damages the vehicle sustained while in the shop. Who the hell makes a claim on a vehicle while it’s in the shop?? When that didn’t work, he bought out a 20 year old to look at it and tell me they were rock chips. The complete experience was unpleasant. First it took 3 days to replace very minor parts (rear bumper and receiver hitch, 8 bolts total). This was mainly due to not ordering the parts that were identified as needed on the preliminary inspection and quote. After asking why it was taking so long the answer was basically it’s done when it’s done. Then at the end the price of the bumper had been changed by $150.00. Terrible! Did a poor job fixing my car after hail damage.
We had a stellar experience with Platinum. They finished the job in 5 days and my car looks fantastic. They also cleaned the outside and inside, more like a professional detailing job (which I appreciated having a toddler in the backseat). Jacob was a dream to work with. Thanks guys!
Terrible! Did a poor job fixing my husband’s truck after hail damage. Two of my husbands tools sets came up missing and they had nothing to say for it.
