This is the quietest apartment complex I’ve ever been in. I really like the staff they are very professional and respectful. But… they do not care about security it took them months to fix the gates, a few doors leading to the parking deck don’t lock. They charge for everything such as common area electric: gym, game room, hallway lights etc. this was no small fee it was half the cost of my electric bill.I’ve never heard of this but at the same time this is only the second apartment that I’ve lived in. Maintenance responded to my request the following business day and rekeyed my back door lock in just a few minutes. He was kind and efficient and my issue was resolved quickly.
