Karina is amazing! She is always friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever I have questions or need assistance. She genuinely cares about the residents. She always takes the time to say hello, chat, and make my child feel special, which means so much as well!
Shout out to Karina and Abu! The real mvps at Platform. With all the changes that go on, it’s refreshing to see them as a community constant. Both Karina and Abu lead with compassion, are kind, professional and go above and beyond to solve problems with ease! So thankful for these 2 individuals. They make living at the Platform a pleasure and a great experience.

Terrible experience. I’ve been calling the last few days trying to make an appointment to view the apartments (during open hours) and no one has ever picked up the phone or returned my call. Then, after stopping by to get assistance in person, a rude woman approached me saying she’s on lunch until 3:30 while the door outside said someone would be back at 2:15 so I changed the sign to assist anyone else who might be interested.
