Terrible experience. I’ve been calling the last few days trying to make an appointment to view the apartments (during open hours) and no one has ever picked up the phone or returned my call. Then, after stopping by to get assistance in person, a rude woman approached me saying she’s on lunch until 3:30 while the door outside said someone would be back at 2:15 so I changed the sign to assist anyone else who might be interested.
This library is a great idea for the family and older adults and everyone the people who work there are very kind caring and helpful. They will help you in any way they can, but you must be clear on what you want to do or give them your idea and asked for their suggestions. That's what I do give them my idea and ask for Thier suggestions. You can also fax documents to other fax number from the library printer ask them , they will show you how to use the printer to fax documents. The patience and help has been so great and the staffs provided so much help in me receiving the necessary documents, and filling them out. I just moved here and am already in love with the place! Sierra, the leasing professional, was super kind and attentive to all my questions, no matter how silly I thought they were. She alway makes sure to say hi to me in the halls whenever we see each other too, which makes me feel so welcome! All the amenities are amazing and very well kept.
