Moved in over 5 months ago. Noticed after 2 months that my kitchen cabinet was infested with these little flour beetles. I have been waiting almost 2 1/2 months for them to come and replace the cabinet, but it seems like no one has any idea on when the cabinet will be delivered. At this point I will go pick up the cabinet my self. This has become really annoying because I hate any kind of pest and now I have been living with them. I have had my eye on this apartment for a while and I finally applied and was in my new apartment in an efficient and easy process, Sierra was my leasing professional and I could not be happier with my move. I love my new apartment there are many reasons why, the location is perfect—it’s in a walkable neighborhood with lots of things to do, the rooftop has the perfect view I love to sit out there and catch take in the scene. Management is great and willing to help with any issue, always able to get into contact with them, which is a huge plus. Price is very reasonable for space and how new/modern the units are. Great location, close to everything! The ONLY downside is the walls are a little thin, you definitely have close neighbors so remember to be courteous! UPDATE: Just signed on for our 7th year of living here!
The reviews absolutely do not lie , moving here was the biggest mistake I ever made. The company that policy changes depending on who you ask the question to, No one in the office is on the same page and it is misinformation after misinformation. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.
