Abou and Vitaliy are the best. Every time I have an issue, they make it right and quickly I love coming down to the office to chat with Sierra and Amy.
The building is really well kept and management is very responsive. Sierra is super helpful, patient, and friendly. The neighborhood is noisy and there's o where to park your car long term if you're not in the garage. However, the building can't be to blame for living in Kent.
Super beautiful. Many amenities to enjoy.
Moved in over 5 months ago. Noticed after 2 months that my kitchen cabinet was infested with these little flour beetles. I have been waiting almost 2 1/2 months for them to come and replace the cabinet, but it seems like no one has any idea on when the cabinet will be delivered. At this point I will go pick up the cabinet my self. This has become really annoying because I hate any kind of pest and now I have been living with them. I even asked the girl that showed me my unit if there was any issues with bugs she told me "No"... read more
