I cannot say enough about the staff and Drs here. When I was looking for a 2nd opinion, I called them and they patiently answered all my questions. I recently had to take my dog in for a UTI and they were very patient and informative. Pricing is affordable for quality care!

The staff (receptionist, techs) are incredibly kind and helpful (and quick to respond to emails) and the doctor (we see Dr. Joyce generally) is great too, and is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Prices are fair and always explained before treatment, and care/treatment has always been exemplary. I'm very nervous putting my dog under but I was put at ease by the care of the staff. RecommendedI took my anxious terrier in for a nail trim today and Plateau did an outstanding job with him. My dog HATES his feet touched and lets the whole world know! They were able to trim all 10 nails and the dew claws in a short amount of time with limited stress on our dramatic pooch! The receptionist was so kind and helpful as well. I will definitely bring our pets to Plateau from now on! Great experience!

They treat each animal with love, and each human with respect and kindness.
